Crossgates Mall can be found just off Exit 24 of the New York State Thruway (1-87) at the base of the Adirondack Northway. If you won’t be driving into Crossgates Mall, ask for a CDTA Bus Schedule to help find the most convenient route for you.
Open Monday through Saturday between the hours of 10am and 9:30pm and Sundays from 11am to 6pm, Crossgates Mall goes out of its way to make sure that you have everything you need to make your shopping trip as comfortable and convenient as possible. You may rent strollers and wheelchairs on a first come, first serve basis. Strollers cost $2 to rent with a deposit of your license or keys as collateral. Wheelchairs are free at Crossgates Mall.
At Crossgates Mall, you will find two levels with more than 300 different shops to choose from. The largest stores include Best Buy, JCPenny, H&M, Dick's Clothing & Sporting goods, Cohoes, Filene's, and Macy's. Wander around the 250 specialty shops at Crossgates Mall and you will find specialty children’s stores like Build-A-Bear and Gymboree, a travel agent to book your next trip, and a place to get a manicure or a pedicure. Stop off for a workout at Bally’s Fitness, drop your film off at Ritz Photo, and pick up tickets for a concert at Ticketmaster all in the same day!
When it’s time to relax, enjoy a movie on one of the 18 movie screens at the Regal 18 movie theater or a meal at one of 14 food court restaurants or 8 sit-down restaurants like Bugaboo Creek or Pizzeria Uno.
